The Starter plan is designed for new venues or small operations that need basic scheduling. You get one staff calendar, up to 50 bookings per month, and 100 email notifications. The drag-and-drop calendar and conflict detection are included at no cost. There is no credit card required and no time limit on the free plan.
Professional — $29 per Month
Professional is the most popular plan for growing venues. It supports up to 5 staff calendars, 500 bookings per month, and 3 locations. You get full CRM access, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, unlimited digital waivers, and up to 100 deposit collections per month. This plan is ideal for karaoke venues, coworking spaces, and studios that manage between 2 and 5 rooms.
Business — $69 per Month
Business removes booking limits entirely and supports up to 20 staff calendars across 10 locations. CRM features expand to include customer notes, file attachments, and 5 GB of storage. With 2,000 SMS messages and 10,000 emails per month, you can automate your entire communication workflow. Best suited for multi-location venues and mid-size operations.
Enterprise — $149 per Month
Enterprise is built for large venues and franchise operations. Everything is unlimited — bookings, calendars, locations, emails, deposits, and waivers. You also get API access for custom integrations, 25 GB of CRM storage, and 5,000 SMS and WhatsApp messages per month. Priority support and a dedicated onboarding manager are included.
AI Receptionist — Included in Every Paid Plan
The AI Receptionist is bundled into every paid plan at no extra cost. Professional includes 5,000 AI chat units and 100 voice units per month. Business includes 10,000 chat units and 500 voice units. Enterprise includes 50,000 chat units and 2,000 voice units. Choose your AI model and voice stack to balance quality and cost. No add-on fees, no hidden charges.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Annual billing saves you 20% but you can cancel and receive a prorated refund at any time.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will receive a notification when you approach your limits. Bookings and notifications over your plan limit are not blocked immediately — you get a grace period to upgrade. SMS sent beyond your plan quota is billed as overage at standard rates.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Starter plan requires only an email address to sign up. You will never be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.
